In this demo we have 15 steps and 24 zones.
The steps describe how the machine works.
The zones represent all machine states and contain all important information for the system.
Parameters:
Under Parameters you can define the required variables such as temperature, flow rate and fill level.
TCMZ: Fatal Faults:
With this signal, the entire hardware zone is constantly monitored and in the event of a fault, the automatic system is switched off and the machine stops immediately.
TCMZ: Warning Faults:
This signal is constantly monitored across the entire hardware zone and is output as a warning in the HMI in the event of a fault.
